Manufacturer's Warranty

We ensure the utmost quality in our jewellery and offer a 2 years manufacturer's warranty. If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing flaw within 2 years of purchase, you can send it to us for inspection. Upon confirming the flaw, we will repair or replace the item as needed.

Upon identifying that the damage is not due to a manufacturing flaw, we will contact you to discuss repair options and associated charges.

The manufacturer's guarantee excludes regular wear and tear of jewellery. Regular use can result in significant damage. Although our jewellery is durable and long-lasting, it is not indestructible. We recommend exercising caution when wearing it.

The following are some things that we don't classify as manufacturing defects:

• Theft or loss of the valuables
• Metals can get discolored as a result of exposure to numerous substances, including chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, etc.
• A stone may fall out of a ring with claws (prongs) that have been bent improperly as a result of pressure or force exerted to the ring.
• Claws that require strengthening because of general wear and tear.
• The disappearance of stones as a result of ordinary wear and tear or other harm.
