By using this website or placing an order (including by telephone or email), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies on payment, delivery and returns.



2. Use of Website

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms before placing an order. We may update them from time to time, and the version in force at the time of purchase will apply to your order.



3. Jewellery & Product Information

Our jewellery is handcrafted using precious metals and natural gemstones. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, weight and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to fine jewellery and are not considered defects.

Images and descriptions are provided for guidance only.



4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment (or an agreed deposit for bespoke work) must be received before production begins.

Prices may be amended at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.



5. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically to your individual requirements.

Once production has commenced:
• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Items are not eligible for return or exchange

By approving designs, specifications and sizes, you confirm their accuracy.



6. Certification & Quality

Diamonds and gemstones are supplied with certificates from recognised independent gemmological laboratories such as GIA, IGI or equivalent, where applicable.

We do not issue in-house grading certificates.



7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection. Please inspect items immediately and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.



8. Bespoke Jewellery Policy

Bespoke Jewellery Policy

All jewellery created by Hatton Garden Bespoke Jewellery is custom made to each client’s individual specifications.

Because every piece is designed and produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun.

We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure all details are agreed before manufacture starts.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 
.



9. Warranty, Resizing & Repairs

All jewellery is covered by a 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and third-party alterations.

Where design permits, a complimentary resize may be offered on standard rings if requested within 30 days of purchase. Bespoke items are excluded. 

If precious metal needs to be added due to the finger size increasing, a charge may be levied.

 



10. Hallmarking & Manufacture

All jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with UK Assay Office regulations, confirming metal purity and compliance with British standards.



11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images and content remain the property of Hatton Garden Bespoke Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.



12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
