Shipping and Delivery

Every piece is made to order at our workshop inside The Goldsmiths' Centre in Hatton Garden, so please allow around three to four weeks, depending on the commission. If you are working to a particular date, tell us early and we will do everything we can to meet it.

UK delivery is complimentary and fully insured, from the moment your piece leaves our bench to the moment it reaches your door. International delivery is arranged and fully insured on request; we will confirm the cost and timing with you before we ship.

Once your piece is on its way we will email you a confirmation and a tracking number. As so many of our pieces are gifts, everything travels in discreet, unmarked outer packaging.
