Yes. Every order is shipped fully insured, so your piece is covered from our workshop to your door.
Our jewellery studio is located at Unit 1.02, The Goldsmiths’ Centre, 42 Britton Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1M 5AD.
Yes, by appointment. We welcome visits to our workshop at The Goldsmiths’ Centre, arranged in advance. To talk through a bespoke piece, please contact us.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply: if a piece we have made is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. We do not offer a separate manufacturer's warranty.
Cleaning, inspection, re-polishing, re-plating and repairs are available at our Hatton Garden bench as chargeable services, quoted before any work begins. We recommend having any ring checked from time to time so we can make sure the stones are secure and nothing has worn thin. To arrange aftercare or talk through a repair, please contact us directly.
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to natural diamonds. They are created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technology that replicates the conditions under which diamonds naturally form. Lab-grown diamonds cost substantially less than natural diamonds of equivalent quality, which lets many clients choose a larger or finer stone for the same budget. Most large lab grown diamonds are certified by IGI or other certification bodies.
Our bespoke engagement rings typically take 3 to 4 weeks to make once your CAD design is approved, around 4 to 6 weeks end to end from your first consultation. This includes the design phase, sourcing your chosen diamond or gemstone, the setting made by skilled craftsmen, hallmarking at the London Assay Office, and final quality checks. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated, so please contact us to discuss your timeline.
Yes, we offer professional ring resizing at our Hatton Garden workshop. We can resize most rings up or down by several sizes. The cost and turnaround time depend on the ring’s metal type and design complexity. For a ring we have made, sizing down is complimentary and sizing up is quoted individually, depending on how much metal we need to add. For a ring made by another jeweller, resizing is a chargeable service, quoted once we have seen the piece. Note that full eternity rings and stone-set shanks cannot be resized in the usual way and may need the shank rebuilt.
We specialise in precious metals including 18ct yellow gold, 18ct white gold, 18ct rose gold, 9ct gold (in all colours), platinum (950), and palladium. Each metal is hallmarked at the London Assay Office to guarantee its purity. Our jewellers can advise on the best metal choice for your design, lifestyle and budget.
Yes, almost all our large diamonds come with independent certification from world-renowned gemmological laboratories including GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute) and other certification bodies. These certificates verify the diamond’s 4Cs, its carat weight, colour, clarity and cut, so you know exactly what you are buying. Small diamonds under 0.25cts are unlikely to be certified.
Yes. Our bespoke design process lets you create a ring that is entirely your own. Get in touch by email to discuss your project, or book a free consultation at our Hatton Garden studio. We will work with you to design the piece in CAD, choose the diamond or gemstone, and settle on the metal and setting before we make your ring. You can also use our online ring studio to adapt one of our existing setting designs with your choice of stone.
Bespoke commissions start from £1,500, and most clients spend between £3,000 and £12,000, with larger statement pieces running to £20,000 and beyond. The price is driven by the centre stone, the metal and the setting complexity. You receive a fixed, itemised quote before any work begins.
Your commission begins with a £350 design fee, which covers the CAD design and is credited toward your deposit. Once you approve the CAD, a 50% deposit is due, less the £350 already paid, and the remaining balance is payable before your piece is collected or delivered. We accept all major cards and bank transfer, and pieces bought directly from the website can be paid in instalments with Shop Pay at checkout.
The design fee and deposit are non-refundable once production begins. Because every piece is made to your specification, bespoke and made-to-order commissions are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which is why we only move forward once you are completely happy with the CAD.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a piece is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
