Every repair is carried out at our Hatton Garden bench by our own goldsmiths. From the moment a piece arrives with us to the moment it is returned, it is fully insured. We begin with a free, no-obligation assessment and a fixed written quote, so you know exactly what the work involves and what it will cost before anything is touched.

Where the work requires it, the piece is hallmarked at the London Assay Office before it is returned to you.
