We recognise that buying fine jewellery is a sentimental and private decision, so we want you to be completely happy with your selection. We will therefore accept returns of our jewellery within 14 days as long as it is unworn. If this is the case, you have the option of a complete refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Terms & Conditions
All jewellery returns must be unworn and include the original packaging and label. Jewellery returns that exhibit obvious indications of use or evidence of repairs made by a jeweller other than Hatton Garden bespoke Jewellery will not be accepted.
Jewellery and loose diamonds must be returned with their original packaging. A fee of £450 (or equivalent in local currency) will be applied to any diamonds returned without their original certificate.
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your jewellery or have received a defective item, please refer to our policies below regarding the return, exchange, or refund of your item and non-returnable items.
Our return policy allows for exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
In accordance with your rights as a consumer, you have the ability to return any item that you are not satisfied with. This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order and guarantees a full refund. To qualify for the return, the item must be in an unworn condition, in perfect shape, and in its original packaging. By adhering to these instructions, you can expect a hassle-free return experience.
Please note that Hatton Garden Bespoke Jewellery does not refund any charges for postage and packaging, or for any tax and duties that need to be paid outside of the EU.
For fraud prevention purposes, your refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Refunds cannot be provided for jewellery collected from the store using the Click and Collect service. To initiate an exchange, kindly return the jewellery to the store within 14 days of collection.
SALE ITEMS: Refunds or exchanges for sale items are accepted within 14 days of order receipt, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please note that this policy excludes earrings and certain exceptions.
XMAS RETURNS: Returns for Christmas gifts will be accepted until the end of January, following the conditions outlined above.
Should you find any faults with the goods you have purchased within a 14-day period, you are eligible for a complete refund. In case you encounter the fault beyond this time frame but within a reasonable duration, we are pleased to offer repair or exchange services for your item.
If you need to return a product, please ensure that you package it securely in its original packaging or use appropriate packaging that will protect it during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to send your parcel back to us for your own protection. Please email us at enquiries@hattongardenbespokejewellery.com before posting the item so that we can process your request.
Before proceeding with a return, please make sure to include your name, address, details of the product, and the reason for return. After providing these information, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that returns that have not been agreed upon prior to shipping cannot be accepted.
Unfortunately, we must comply with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, which means we cannot accept returns on pierced items such as earrings or piercings. It's important to understand that your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds or exchanges are not available for bespoke jewelry pieces or items that have been customized or made to order.
All of our 9ct and 18ct Gold and platinum pieces are meticulously handcrafted to your specifications and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
