What to expect at a consultation: Our appointments are relaxed, informative, and entirely without pressure. You will meet one of our jewellers, who takes time to understand what you have in mind, your taste, and your budget. We will show you sample bands and settings, walk you through examples of past commissions on screen, and talk through metals, shapes, and styles. Diamonds and gemstones are hand-selected to your brief and supplied with independent GIA or IGI certification; you are welcome to explore stone options with us online, and we source the right one for your piece. Should you wish to go ahead, we produce a detailed CAD render of your design so you can see and approve every detail before it is made; a design fee applies and is credited towards your commission. Most consultations last between 45 minutes and an hour, and we always recommend allowing a little extra time to enjoy the process.
