Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped free of charge, fully insured, via signed-for tracked delivery. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece is ready to dispatch.

Making Your Piece

Every piece of jewellery we create is handcrafted to order at our Hatton Garden studio - there is no off-the-shelf stock.

  • Typical timeline - 4 to 6 weeks from your initial consultation, including design, CAD approval, stone setting, hallmarking, and final polishing.
  • Rush service - a 3-week turnaround is available on request for an additional fee, subject to design complexity and materials availability. Please confirm with us before placing your order.

We'll keep you updated at every stage with design previews, progress photos, and a final piece preview before dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via fully insured, fully tracked courier; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Insurance

Every piece we ship is fully insured for its full value until it is signed for at the delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel; unattended deliveries are not permitted.

Collection from the Studio

You are welcome to collect your finished piece in person, free of charge, from our studio at The Goldsmiths' Centre, Hatton Garden. This is ideal for proposals, anniversaries, or when you'd simply like to see your piece presented at the studio. Please contact us to arrange a collection appointment.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have any questions during the making or delivery of your piece, please contact us at +44 20 7206 2705 or via the contact form - we look after every order until it is safely in your hands.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. As all orders are fully insured, we will resolve any issue promptly and remake or replace as required.
