Aftercare & Your Statutory Rights

Every piece we make is finished by hand and checked at our bench before it reaches you. We do not offer a separate manufacturer's warranty, but you are always protected by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a piece we have made is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

We also care for the jewellery we create long after it leaves the workshop. Our Hatton Garden bench offers inspections, claw and setting checks, professional cleaning, re-polishing, re-plating, resizing and repairs as chargeable services, quoted before any work begins. For a ring we have made, sizing down is complimentary and sizing up is quoted individually, depending on how much metal we need to add. For a ring made by another jeweller, resizing is a chargeable service, quoted once we have seen the piece. Because everyday wear is part of a ring's life, we recommend having yours looked at from time to time so we can make sure the stones are secure and the metal has not worn thin.
