Commissioning From Anywhere

You do not need to visit London to commission a piece with us. Whether you are elsewhere in the UK or overseas, many of our rings go from first idea to finished piece without the client ever coming in, worked through by message, email and phone.

Every commission is designed and hand-finished at our bench inside The Goldsmiths' Centre in Hatton Garden, then sent to you fully insured. The distance changes nothing about the care that goes into the piece.

How it works remotely

1. Tell us what you have in mind, and send any inspiration images or photos of rings you like. If you are building around a family stone, photograph it in daylight against a white background so we can see its cut and colour.
2. We talk it through by WhatsApp, email or phone, agree a design direction, and source stone options to your brief.
3. We share CAD renders for your approval, so you see every detail before anything is made. A design fee of £350 applies and is credited towards your commission.
4. Once approved, your piece is made and hallmarked at the London Assay Office, then shipped fully insured, with international delivery arranged for you.

Insured delivery, wherever you are

Your finished piece is sent fully insured and tracked. UK delivery is free; international couriers are arranged at cost. You receive it with its hallmark, the diamond certificate where a certified stone is supplied, and an invoice as proof of value for your own insurance.

Our diamonds are conflict-free and responsibly sourced, with GIA or IGI certification available on every centre stone. To understand the process in more detail before you begin, read how a bespoke ring is designed and made.
